Vow & Seal builds wedding websites for couples who buy from our Etsy shop.

What we keep. The details a couple gives us for their website (names, dates, venues, story, photos), and the replies guests send through the RSVP form (names, email if given, attendance, meal and dietary notes, messages).

Who can see it. Website text and photos are visible to anyone with the website link, and websites are hidden from search engines. RSVP replies are visible only to the couple, through their private link, and to us when they ask for help.

Where it's stored. With our hosting providers, Supabase and Cloudflare.

How long. Until 12 months after the wedding date, then deleted. A couple or guest can ask us to delete their information sooner by messaging us on Etsy.

We never sell or share this information, and we don't use advertising trackers on wedding websites.
